I bet Stand Chart team don't have this kind of person in mind when they created the I Love Free Monday deal (or do they?)
Thanks to the location, timing, and any other things that matter - I got - not one, but two free Starbucks on Monday! I was the cheapskate of the day! ^^;
I didn't check the deal until Cit informed me about it when I finished with my gym. It was 8.45am and I was almost sure that it has been fully redeemed. Well, apparently it didn't! I reached Starbucks at around 8.55am and there was no one at all in the queue! I showed the coupon to the staff. She clicked on the "Redeem" button and the page turned to "Fully Redeemed" afterwards. Have I just got the last Starbucks deal?
I told my friends about it and they convinced me to go for another round when the second giveaway is open at 3pm. Well, why not?
So we went out at 2.50pm and reached Starbucks at 2.55pm (just a stone throw away from our office). Lucky for us, the coupon was released early. I become the first person to claim the free coffee!! (I shouldn't be proud of this kind of thing). After us, there were a snacking queue all the way to the other shop. I guess there was around 50 people queuing when we left (oh no, more people know about the deal now!)
Anyway Standchart, thanks for cheering up my Monday's blue! For whoever created the Free Monday deal and strike a deal with Starbucks, God bless you! :p I love iPhone! Love Stand Chart! Love Starbucks! Love free stuff the most! XD
