This week?

How to describe this week? This week is full of unexpected things… I was in constant of 2nd bus for the whole week! And I have finished my presentation (alright, although I know one more is coming.. don’t really want to think about it now) And Alfon said that the poster is acceptable.. fuih.. Eventually =) But not everything goes smoothly. Let me start the story chronologically as usual…

Monday, mood was a bit uneasy. Report undone, poster undone, project undone, preparation for Thursday presentation not even started, and need to ask for half day leave on Friday. When Alfon came in, he told me that my presentation will be on Wednesday instead. Oh gosh! Then I quickly request for a rehearsal before presentation on Tuesday.. But he said that he got training until 5.30 for tomorrow… sigh.. He had already told me about it since several weeks ago.. my fault that I did it in the last minutes >__<

Anyway, that day I managed to finish my research in the *secret* project. Thx so much to Liao Liang for the crack.. it’s really unexpected that I can finish it in 3 days.. I thought that it will take at least 3 weeks instead.. haha.. seems like supervisor had the same prediction with me, because later he allowed me to do my report while he thought of what to be done next.. XD

My slacking time didn’t last long.. he got a new thing for me straight away.. need to draw flow chart for each project that I had done (That’s alooott.. T__T) and need to standardize the readme file.. also the configuration file.. while I also still need to prepare for the presentation.. I leave office with head down.

Tuesday, spent my day drawing flowchart using omnigraffle and preparing for presentation before the rehearsal. Allow me to speak honestly, I never felt so much embarrassed like that. I did practice. But then, when there we’re in the meeting room and Alfon asked me to start, I went blank. And when I began to read out my presentation, I ‘didn’t speak their language’, Alfon said. I should omit all technical explanation and explain what they will want to hear. The rehearsal ended at 6.30, with me being advise of what should be present and what shouldn’t be.. along with the proper way to phrase it. I reached hostel at 8.. Received two postcards: one from Yi Qing @ US, one from Alan @ Paris.. I’m very touched and happy :’) although at the end, it made me felt jealous and wanted to go too.. hahaha.. the places in postcard are really very nice…

Wednesday, again, Alfon is on training until late 2.30.. the meeting is on 4. I’m practicing the presentation since morning.. (if only I don’t have presentation… report oh report.. T__T) then.. at 3.45, Alfon helped me to do final rehearsal.. thanks so much Alfon.. after that.. the staff meeting began. As usual, it started with Kim Hui presentation. He got said that today meeting will be long.. packed with a lot of important stuff, and wish that we can bear with him for one and half hour. Our usual staff meeting is in a big room. That day, they weren’t lucky enough to get that room.. thus we eventually stucked in a 10-capacity room, with attendance of 20+ people (even with one video conference from japan!) a lot of people standing.. me not feeling comfortable sitting because reached there early, eventually stand up and let other sit.

Kim Hui’s presentation was amazing. What he talked was all about job.. but then he can phrase it so nicely that we will keep listening on and on without feeling bored. After a nice 1 hour presentation, he pointed me to start mine. Ha!? I was totally absorbed to his presentation and my brain was totally blank.. in that very moment, lucky Raymond saved me by asking Michico to present first.. Michiko is presenting with video conference from Japan. Haha.. that’s cool. I didn’t listen much to her presentation.. trying to gather what I supposed to present later…

My presentation time was in 5.15. Nervous? Of course. I talked without really looking at them (sigh..) and then started the demo… it was fluent.. until certain place where I’m stucked.. and Eveline came as savior by asking me question.. such that I can hide the thing that I forgot. Haha.. At the end of my presentation, Raymond included that I had already made an AppleScript for it too (Which I didn’t show, due to lack of time) and that he was really appreciated it.. Kim Hui’s comment was encouraging as well.. I didn’t know if they were nice for polite or whatsoever.. but at the end of the meeting, I was really relieved..

The meeting end at 5.40.. after thanking Alfon, I went back at 6.. It was raining very hard.. stupid me still decide to walk.. thunders and lighting was all around the way.. eventually, I reached MRT with my whole jeans wet.. and my poor shoes.. oooh >__< Plan to eat KFC to celebrate, but cancelled because it was too late… and it means nothing if I celebrate only with myself ^^; so.. eventually reached hostel at 8 and cook noodle instead.

Got bad news from my sister that my grandmother is in hospital.. and my mum has already flew to Surabaya on Tuesday.. I really wish that everything will be fine..
Tried to open my computer, but no respon. The red light was on even before I clicked anything. It denoted that something was wrong.. and it really was. Got nothing to do, I eventually decide to sleep at 9+.. but then only be able to sleep at 12+. Feel that my head was so overloaded.

Thursday morning, rain very hard (again).. didn’t manage to get Today although I took second bus. Alfon gave me new project even before I can start to type a word in my report. After that, he went for training again.. In the afternoon, he came back.. I showed a demo.. then started discussion with him regarding the project 4.. discussed until around 6.. then I went back..(with laptop of course). I met other staffs in the way to mrt.. eventually lowering my walking pace. Being cut by Alfon in the middle.. who eventually helped me to bring the laptop until mrt station.. really not expecting it. Thanks2.. Although I still felt uneasy.. ^^;

In the middle of my adventure at dreamland, was called by Liao Liang and Imam.. asked if I wanted to eat KFC.. they will wait for me at JP.. aha.. late celebration is still better than never rite? Haha.. so I eventually joined them.. they had even ordered my meal, such that I can start eating when I reached.. so nice.. thx pals =) reach hostel at almost 8.. tried my computer again without result, chat to ask for help from pals, before going to sleep at 11…

Friday morning, went to US embassy together with medy, aakriti, xiao yu, chen lin, and li wen. Got to know them better.. just know that xiao yu and li wen had already setup a company here at Singapore! The company is providing IT solution.. They really had finished all the paper work to register for a company.. and now is doing the project to get it started.. really salute with them. Then also got to know that chen lin was failed to get Visa due to her name.. eventually needed to go through investigation for 5 months.. so strict the US people >__<.. We’re there for almost 2 hours.. “What year are u now in NTU?” and “You live with parent or dormitory?” are the only 2 questions I got for the 2-minute interview. After that, she asked me to go back here on Wednesday to collect the visa. Cool.

I reached Apple again at 11. hard to tell my supervisor that I need to take leave again on Wednesday.. but then, he approved it anyway.. with one killing sentence behind.. “…but you will need to work very hard for the next day..” sigh.. Nothing comes for free, doesn’t it? Friday at Apple was spent for changing project interface. I was very sleepy at the beginning. Thanks that my coffee never fail to wake me up. I went home at 6.. met the same staffs again.. thus walked slow again.. sorry Calvin for being late >_< I reached hostel before 8.. watched Death Note with che2 (thx che for all your support when I didn’t have a computer..) then chatted, passed PowerBook to shifu, and went to sleep..

Saturday, went dating with my cpu to bugis.. unlike dating, I was so afraid that I would need to go only with my cpu alone.. Thanks to ryoma, jess, rin2… helios, tom2, handarmin, tatsu.. who had made it never happened.. =) really appreciate all your help.. if only you know that I really meant it.. My CPU was fixed in half hour time.. it was power supply problem as expected.. bye2 $49.. when hang out at kinokuniya for a while, I found a book that I had been dreaming of since one year ago: Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle – Artwork Album.. oh~ I melt when I saw the cover page. I knew that this will be released, sooner or later.. the album consists of 100% fantastic full color artworks.. would really want to buy it… if only it’s discounted 50%.. no, if only it’s discounted 80%.. haha.. it was $46.. when I checked in internet, I found out that it’s just being released this April. I waaaannttt.. really wannntt it XD I even took the picture with mobile. Hahaha..


Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle Artbook - eventually released...

Back from bugis, tried to open my computer. It can be started. Check 1 passed. Then try to enter my password. Keyboard malfunction. Check 2 failed. T_T then started to fool around until 6.30.. leave it for dinner.. then continued trying to find a way to get to my desktop. Eventually try to use my new keyboard. Keyboard detected. Mouse malfunction. Check 2 still failed. Only after almost 2 hours, I managed to pass check 2. then.. a lot of different disaster coming in. starting from my iPod failed to charge and showing sign of retirement, my usb and monitor hang everytime I connected them, and other different crazy symptom just pop out. Add on with what had happened during this few days, it was really hard to keep my mind clear. Thanks though, to Ari, Ilfina, Medy, Jess, Tom2.. who had reduced my stress somehow =) After this blog, I think I should had back to normal.. Although all the problems are still there. So what? Problem are there to be solved.. let’s face it one by one ;)

One-Hour-Blog

Want to write so many things.. but it’s already 10 now and I still need to prepare my presentation slides.. so here we go.. the mix of lowered quality (in term of structure and grammar) and quantity (in term of detail) to get the best of both world (I think I dealt too much with report already)

On Monday, I was still working on my project 9.. Suddenly, my supervisor approached me and said “Erlin, Linda will be coming back this Thursday.. so your last day at this cubicle will be Wednesday. Ok?”.. My heart said “YES! Eventually!” but my lips just uttered out “oow.. ok, np.” After that, during lunch time, I went around the world telling everyone that I’m going to move down this week. That day, I also showed Alfon the designed task he assigned to me.. he liked the design.. but then when he started to go to the technical part.. “Ow.. the lighting is nice! How you create it? Do you blablabla” I directly cut the sentence “Oh, no no, it’s just template” He looked abit disappointed.. seemed want to know how to create the effect.. (sorry Alfon…) then he tried again.. “But then, the film image is created by you, isn’t it? Is it that you add this effect, then blabalbla?” When it reached the 3rd time that I said “No, they are all template”, he gave up and told me what enhancement that I can do. Haha.. I myself felt abit embrassed too =.=

On Tuesday, I started to bring back all my stuff, so that I can move easily on Thursday… Worked on my stressful project happily. Before I went back, I went to second floor to check my cubicle. My desktop was still there.. but then, hey! From where are those other destops came from? There were at least 4 desktop at my desk. Planned to ask Alfon the next day.

On Wednesday, managed to finish my project 9. Alfon told me to rest and did my report. Unbelievable! He must be pity seeing my one digit report page. Or may be he can’t find other project to be given to me.. haha.. just joking.. I remembered he told me last time that I might still need to do a widget project.. and maybe helped to setup a new coming server.. But seems like both of the projects hadn’t ready yet.. anyway, at the end of the day, I only managed to add one page. There are some incidents happened. First, I forgot to bring my ‘reference’, which reduce my copy and paste speed. Second, Alfon asked me to enhance project 4.. which take up almost half of the day.. and Third and the worse.. I found out that Linda will be placed in 2nd floor instead! Means I might not be able to move down.. then.. find out that my cubicle @ level 2 has been reserved for Logistic team! Means that I’m homeless now! And last, I found out that my cubicle at level 3 will be occupied by Michico in 2 weeks time… tell me what to do.. T_T Alfon, may I work from hostel?

On Thursday, I didn’t feel the rush of happiness anymore. I went for lunch with IA students (yesterday I went with team.. thought that it might be the last day.. haha) Gave a small gift to Jasmine, because she told me that her attachment will end soon… but then, she said that she eventually decided to extend it until.. 8 of June! Until the last day of my industrial attachment.. oh jasmine.. did you do it for me? :’) hahaha.. Just joking, I know that is because you love your supervisor so much :p.. So.. should I kept the gift first? XD.. That’s one of the happy things I encountered that day.. Oh.. on today, I got new project too.. Alfon said that it is a secret project.. not in term of the data, actually.. but in term of the process.. =.=.. hahaha.. so, maybe I better spoke less about it.. anyway, this is the first project that really cost me money.. gosh.. must tried to finish soon..

On Friday, mood of work low down XD But I still quite interested with the research of the project given. But then.. Alfon asked me to enhance project 3 with Apple Connect.. need to put my research on hold first.. after that, I had workshop from 2 – 4, which were held by Liao Liang.. It’s regarding Web 2.0 and AJAX.. I must said that it’s really really a good one.. thanks so much for sharing, liao liang! Now I know that Web 2.0 is a community based web.. and learn AJAX in a proper way.. haha.. After the workshop, I continued with Apple Connect before set of at 5.30.. Friday night was spent attending Arianto’s and Nancy’s B’day party.. Happy B’day for both of you =)

Saturday was a slacking day.. not really achieved anything ^^; relaxed quite a lot.. at night, have (another) Nancy b’day party.. this time with a treat from the queen of the day.. thanks so much for the pizza and wine Nancy XD.. I love you.. IX *drunk* hahaha.. just joking.. after the nice party, we watched 200 pounds beauty (a Korean movie) until around 2 before going back and slept..

.. until Sunday… hem.. (oh no! it’s 11pm already now) Ok, so on Sunday, I woke up, showered, called home, lunch, played TKTQ, chatted, do a bit of report, dinner, settling some Red Cross and visa stuff, chat with sister, blog, and now is time to do my presentation.. T__T

Monday – woke up late, forgot breakfast, stomach betrayed me during my discussion time with supervisor, screamed for 5 times *blush 1000x*, got secure token so that I can access Apple Network from hall *happy 2x*, being asked to go lunch together with supervisor *shock 1x*, remembered I only have 3 dollar inside my pocket *worry 2x*, being caught by supervisor when checking wallet *blush 10x*, sat at the same table with apple store team while supervisor helped me to order meal *awkward 2x*, being rejected when I paid back the lunch money *confuse 2x*, continued with project after lunch *sleepy 5x*, out from office after being helped debugging until 6++ *sleepy 10x*, reached hall *sleepy 0x*, then slept at 11++… =)

Tuesday – woke up even later, got 4th bus (eventually can meet Christian again), felt guilty all the way traveled to office, started new project, run away from supervisor before lunch time, lunch with loy, his ‘neighbor’, and liao liang, met Apple Store staff (again), being teased that I never joined them, back to office, continued to work until 5.30 before running away, brought laptop back, doing log book in MRT (for the first time), reached hall, asked Inche help to take photo (thanks so much che ^^), edited my photo wishing that the face can be made slimmer (impossible), then went to sleep~

Wednesday – woke up early ^-^.. had a proper routine, got second bus, laughed at Helios who got third bus, doing log book again at MRT, reached office, drank coffee, being advised by auntie not to only drink coffee every morning - must have breakfast too, continued my project, asked to go for lunch by Kim Hui (wow!), went to Ang Mo Kio Avenue 4, met my supervisor who had already been there, sat at separate table, lunch, hearing after lunch story (I really like the way Apple Store people talk.. ), went back to work, leave at 5.30++, went to JP to developed photos, which didn’t allow us develop only 1 photo.. but must be 4 for $8 T_T, went around JP for half hour, took my developed photo, back to hall, planed to start report, eventually doing blog, and went to sleep ^^

Thursday – woke up at usual time, run for lunch at usual time, being caught by team at usual time, said bye bye to other IA students, went to eat together at yong heng café, spoke using mandarin abit (because I forgot the english word), ended up Alfon being teased for not speaking mandarin – second time in the week (I’m really sorry, Alfon T_T), then went back to work at usual time, spent my whole day for one submenu function, went out from office at usual time with bug in the submenu, having 6inches of Subway at JP, met one of my kind lab supervisor, reached hall about 8, slacking until 11, then slept.

Friday – woke up early, got a b’day sms from my mum and dad – so today is my chinese b’day.. (I never knew), went to bath, breakfast, went down to wait for bus, reached bus stop, realized I forgot to bring key, thought it wont matter as Inche had always been there when I went back, stepped up to bus, sms to tease Henry again because he was late, realized that that day was Friday the 13th, smiled as my b’day is on Friday the 13th, thought about the incident that I forgot to bring key, suddenly heart throbbed fast, remembered that my laptop key was in my key chain too!!!, tried to think of a way to solve it, eventually kept sitting stupidly at the bus until it reach boon lay, sms my supervisor that I’ll be late around half hour, walked to bus interchange to catch 199 without any spirit, brain was really dry, back to NTU, reached hall around 7, couldn’t describe what I felt, run to hall to took my key, bus came again only at 7.20, sms my supervisor again to explain that I might late by 1 hour instead, went to mrt station, watched the mrt door closing when I was on the escalator, waited for another 5 minutes for the next mrt, went inside mrt, suprisingly still can slept until yishun with my messy condition, stepped out at yio cu kang 8.40, reached Apple at 8.50.. My record was set on this Friday.

Friday (continue) – started to work without slacking, went for lunch with others at 12, back at 1, visited by Alfon at around 3, being questioned whether I prefer to eat with team or with IA students, silent.. (T___T), then went back to work, until 5.30, program still got a lot of bugs, planned to run back for my meeting at 7, wrote a short email to Alfon, got ready to go back, and met Alfon just when I walked out from my cubicle, being asked to sit back, felt guilty as I reached late and tried to go off early, listened to Alfon giving me a new task which didn’t related to project – but still related to Apple: to design a poster, no objection, then I was freed at 5.45 with laptop in my hand (thanks Alfon for lending me the laptop bag.. far better than my plastic bag), met Calvin at Yishun, talked until we reached NTU at 7.10, surprised to be the first one to reach can 13, waited for Rina and Winson, I appeared to be the one who haven’t taken shower, too. Discussion and dinner last for 2 hours, went back, felt very tired, showered, planned to slept early but never happened, slept only at 12..

Saturday – slept until 9.30, woke up, still felt tired, brushed teeth (need to be so detail!?), washing cloth, sweeping, mopping, bath, changed bed sheet, called my sister, hanged clothes, went for lunch, having debated with hall 3 drink stall due to wrong order, got a $2 drink with $1.5 price, chatting, went back to hall, log book, went to school, forgot to bring wallet, run back to hall, took wallet, run back to school (I wonder what happen to my brain lately), late for 15 minutes, apologized for being late, meeting, went to library, printed log book, went back hall, showered, dinner, designed poster, gluing log book, blogging, ate snack, ate bread, sleepy, going to sleep...

Singapore – Genting – Sunway Lagoon – Singapore

Eventually.. The story comes. Actually now is the time for me to start writing report (thanks supervisor to keep reminding me since last week T__T) FYI, the status is still 0%.. even the cover page hasn’t been made. but.. with the current mood… didn’t feel that today is the right time to start.. so.. just blog then =D

The 4 days 3 night journey has been wonderful. It would have been perfect.. only if the day after that was still holiday… not the scenario of coming back late at night and going for IA the next early morning… It was really ruining the mood T__T however… the holiday itself is still really amazing =)

Story started from the time I back from IA on Thursday. Happy.. And I eventually got the property card – which gave me the right to bring back the laptop… Feel very excited, I eventually brought it back for the first time~ but then.. realized that it was really heavy T_T Some more, I didn’t have any laptop bag to go with… Lucky that I got a seat in the middle of the journey.. Finished Red Cross discussion with Calvin, rushed back to hall, showered, dinner, and.. set off!! Yeah~ We’re on time. After settling some stuff at the travel agency, we took bus to Malaysia.. Excitement level was full ^__^ too excited maybe.. after passing the custom (and stop a while at bus terminal), I slept cozily until reaching Genting at around 3 – 4 am..

First step out from bus.. It was freezing cool!! But I really loved it =X the wind felt so fresh. We took our luggage, settled hotel stuff (needed to wait until 9.30 in the morning before we can get the room), put our luggage at hotel luggage service, then walked freely at the hotel.. We stayed at first world.. Which claimed itself to be the world largest hotel.. (impossible, from my point of view) hahaha.. We walked to the theme park, took some pictures, then had a great *spicy* laksa.. which eventually made my stomach ached for the rest of the day T__T (oh no.. where is my ability to eat chili? It’s gone!! Curse Singapore T__T)

After such a ‘great’ breakfast, I slept for awhile, then continued chatting until 9.30. As planned, we went to room, put our stuff, and rushed to theme park. Still, we got one funny incident… Instead of our hotel room at level 23, we went to level 3.. and of course.. we can’t open the door.. until our mum and dad (boly and winson) went down all the way to receptionist to scold them.. lucky they’re not scolding back XD.. hahaha.. Btw.. suddenly I realize that I hvn’t introduce the whole team members… Here we got Boly.. as our main organizer and tour guide for the trip.. Inche.. as my roommate (ha?) and main organizer, too. Winson.. as the second tour guide.. and Helios, as the best logistic, always. (joking, helios XD) And I myself.. as usual, publicity forever =)

Cut the long story short, For the first attraction, we took pirate train.. which is quite disappointing =__= it supposed to be as scary as ghost house.. but then.. there is nothing inside.. still I was scared from beginning.. thus keep screaming ^^; Cyclone got the honor to be our second ride in Genting. It’s tremendous! My heart almost jumped out as the train went down after hiking for so so high.. XD After that ride.. I can’t remember how many other rollercoaster we took.. It was a day full of rollercoaster… We ended it with the corkscrew, the famous ride from Genting. The 2 circle really remind me of sonic Sega games ^^; scaring.. but of course – fun.

I love corkscrew! But dont want to have second ride...

Another game worth metioned is the Space Shot.. in which we will be taken high..high..high.. to the sky (until we can see the whole Genting) Stop for 2 seconds at the top, then go all the way down to the earth! I can hardly remain seated due to the pressure when it went down. But trust me.. it’s worth trying ^^v

Finished with all those games, continuing to play indoor’s.. watching 4D cinema before we went for dinner.. having dinner at the food court.. I learnt enough not to order any weird thing anymore.. so just got chicken rice for my dinner.. Then went shopping for a while, before went back to hotel, showered, and played UNO until almost 11… I realized that my mouth hurt when I was going to sleep. I shouted too much.. T__T

Mission completed for the first day!

Next day, we slept like pig (alrite, not we, but I) until around 10.. finished with showering and packing, we have brunch before set off to Sunway lagoon.. yeah! The trip in bus wasn’t as nice as the first trip.. because it was going from cool place to hot place.. really sweating a lot.. cause me to sleep only lightly. But then.. as I reached the Pyramid Hotel.. I really forgot all the travel sickness already.. the hotel room is hugeee~ and the scenary outside is.. very colorful during day time, and romanticcc at night time. Waste no more time, we went to sunway to play.. I didn’t bring my swimsuit along.. eventually banned from playing water games =( poor me.. lucky got boly and winson accompany me.. so.. eventually, we separated.. three of us play dry games.. while Inche and Henry were playing wet games. We played raging for 3 times! Until we’re able to proof that whoever sat beside me will be wet.. well.. sorry, boly and winson :p I also like the scissor games a lot (thanks boly for the recommendation!) it’s something like pirate ship, but then, it turn you 360 degrees.. even stopped for awhile when it reached 180 degrees.. bleeh..

At the end of the day, I believe I have mastered in all the roller coaster and spinning games. Anybody wants to challenge me? :p


Guess I was imitating what? ^^

We have our dinner at a Japanese restaurant.. I really hate that it was already Saturday.. and tomorrow is already the time to back to reality.. :( Anyway, we spent a great night at sunway.. and great morning with great breakfast from hotel. I always like to eat buffet.. muahaha~

After the breakfast.. we shopped.. eventually I bought something in these 3 days… haha.. after shopped for a while, back to keep the thing, check out from hotel, put our luggage at hotel luggage service, then back to shop XD This time, I failed to buy anything.. have the last lunch at Penang Street Restaurant (the food is.. nyummy!) before going to bus and set off to Singapore… sigh..

It has been a lot of happiness there.. knowing that it has been the last day really turned me blue.. :( I want more.. I want more.. hahaha… well, next time again, pals?

My Happy Fool's Week

This week, I was fooled a lot… not only by people.. but even by buses! Can u imagine.. hahaha.. Let’s start the story chronically this time.. :p

For my Monday… as usual.. I was late.. I was shock to see that I woke up at 6.10. I rushed to bath, grabbed my bread and cheese, and run to bus stop. I had been prepared to take the third bus.. but then.. I got the second bus.. the 6.30 one! Hey! Can u imagine how fast I showered and ate? :p but in the end.. I couldn’t rest well in MRT.. felt so thirsty because I ate my bread without water =.= but, still felt happy to get the Today newspaper.. and walked to office.. and started my boring routines… I was doing checking and documentation for my code.. Alfon hadn’t got the time to update the database for me yet.. thus testing was still to be done..

For Tuesday.. I wake up earlier, but miss the second bus :S

For Wednesday, I was being a good girl. Woke up at 5.50, showered cleanly, ate properly, then walked down slowly. Reached there before 6.25. When I reached, I saw 2 of IA students, who were usually taking second bus, walked away from bus stop. I wondered where they’re going. Was it that the second bus gone already, so that they planned to take the 179 bus instead? I didn’t think too much, and wait patiently until 6.40.. until an auntie came and told me “hey.. the 199 is being blocked by a huge tree.. can’t go in to NTU. They are calling for help, but u might need to wait very long until the trunk is removed.” First time heard that kind of story.. Strange but it was a fact. Then I realized why they walked away.. hu uh.. why they didn't even care to tell us? So I started to walk with other team members from hall 14 bus stop XD As I reached hall 13’s, met Boly and the rest.. simply told them so.. then in the end, we had such a big group walking together to can A, grumping. Hahahaa.. it was fun indeed.. especially for helios.. who had to walk from hall 10 to can 2.. did you enjoy the morning sport? (just joking, k.. :D) hahaha

When we reached there… a 179 just pass by.. eventually, we needed to wait for another 10 minutes for another bus.. which came in pair =.= haha.. This is the first time I see sun rise before I reached boonlay. Poor boly.. She intended to go earlier.. but eventually became late…

I reached office around 8.30.. of course none of us got Today’s. Then I started my usual office life. Open up computer; pour a cup of coffee, then doing my logbook for half hour before starting coding XD hahaha… (well, I just got lazier and lazier..) The time in office passed as fast as usual.. around 6, I went back.. In MRT, I saw some people reading Today’s. I saw a KFC booklet inside the Today’s, which asked us to vote for the advertisement. My heart started to wonder.. “Wah.. KFC? I really want to see… Although it’s only the advertisement.. why so unlucky that i didn't got the paper today..” then.. not long after.. I received a sms from imam.. “Hurray, eating KFC, got the discount coupon from TODAY” I was totally stunt, sad, angry, disappointed.. all those feeling in the same time.. why.. I had been waiting for the coupon for so long.. why when it’s eventually out, I was really in the condition that can’t get it... Really sad >.< I replied imam emotionally.. I think the people who sat beside me also laugh at my facial expression ^^; hahaha.. anyway.. that’s what we called destiny.. At the same day, I got Red Cross meeting. Because I went back to grab my camera and magazine first, I was almost late for the meeting.. Thx Medy and Rina to help me to buy dinner.. appreciate it a lot.. this meeting was as fun as usual.. but.. too bad that I didn’t sleep well for the past two days.. make me so so sleepy during the meeting. I was even late to respond dramatically when I was pointed to do a booklet. Hahaha.. the meeting finished at 11++... I reached hall and only got the power to switch off lamp before went to dreamland..

On Thursday and Friday, the dissatisfaction from KFC failure was still there. It made me want to eat KFC even more.. Thus, since I remember that I have appointment with Shifu for discussion after dinner together, I asked if he wanted to eat KFC.. which is replied negatively.. that he wanted to eat at can A instead.. sigh.. so no hope for KFC this weekend, I guess. I went back to can A alone. There, I can’t find Shifu. He must have reached more than half hour ago.. because I was already late. When I sms.. no reply. When I called.. mobile not actived. During the confusion, I asked Calvin if he knew where was his roommate. In the end, Shifu called me back.. said that he was coming now.. when he reached.. he looked so tired and.. er.. urgent. He said that he needed to go to meet Ms Chan very soon, and just asked me to go back to his hall to take the video and booklet material. Until that time.. I sense that something is wrong.. it has been almost 8.. and he didn’t even ask me to buy dinner first.. My shifu was never be that inconsiderate.. so.. in the end.. I roughly deducted that he must be planning something.. which was proven when he opened his room and I heard the voice of “Happy B’daay!” Aaaii :’) Although I have made some guesses, but this was still more to my surprises. Calvin, who has been lying to me that he was going for dinner with his friends, was there. My roommate and jess was also there.. so did Winson Tomy, Rina Henny. Seriously, I was really surprise.. Even the KFC was there! Oh no.. :’) hahaha.. after blowing the candles, all of us were going down to TV lounge to eat.. after dinner, I cut the cake.. divide the whole big chocolate cake into 9 pieces.. It’s really really delicious.. with abit of alcohol and crunchy biscuits. Nyam2.. thx so much for the cake, all.. and also for the nice keyboard as my b’day present :’) The complaint regarding my keyboard will be much much much reduced from future time.. hahaha..

After cake and great UNO games, (great Che, first time playing and never lose!) we went back to hall at 12++. The rest was still playing.. The fortune people who got their face drawn by artist were a roommate team of Winson and Tomy. haha.. and the most wanted target, Rina, still never lose the game until now.. Alrite, got time when she lost once, and only once.. but not with this punishment. So far, Winson also lose only once. Mine was countless already :p

It was such a happy Friday night.. But.. Saturday was such a hassle day for me. :’( I was really almost out from my routines.. no blogging, no emailing, etc. can u imagine, I was re printing my log book entries for 3 times! I had printed it on Friday night.. but then, I cut the pages wrongly.. end up I reprinted again during Saturday afternoon.. After that.. stupid me didn’t learn the lesson from experience, did the same mistake in cutting AGAIN. I almost gave up.. yet care enough to give it one last try. Thanks Ari for the printing.. It saved my day. Hahaha.. For the rest of my day, I did nothing but chatting.. FYP deadline was getting closer.. and I'm still not sure of what to choose :s Just if I have chosen the right Ureca project.. I might be able to continue happily my Ureca to FYP now.. but then.. well.. can’t expect everything to be smooth and perfect.. One lesson learnt is that.. I should avoid networking as much as possible.. hahaha.. Oh, and one more conclusion: I don’t like research XD

This few days, I got a lot of attitude thinking.. (does it because I’m 20 now? :p hahaha.. ) I realized some facts about me…

I don’t like to be ignored. That led to my hesitance in initiating a friendship... I also don’t like the feeling of betrayal.. Thus I avoid it by not putting hope to anyone… I don’t like a rendezvous, because it’s always the beginning of a separation. I believe everyone has its own business, so I hardly started a chat for fun. I was also too blind to see if anyone need my help, until they said it out explicitly.. More.. I can feel that I always talk.. but never act..

Sometimes I really don’t know what kind of person I’m going to be… :’( All of them might not really connected to each other.. but it’s just some of the things that filing up my mind this whole week… Well...
