Our bulb has been dying for awhile and it finally gave its last breath today. We used to get the bulb from Giant, but since it's 9pm at night and we just wanted to get it fixed, I went to a store at Dawson and purchased a Phillips bulb, which cost me $7.5 - supposedly a Energy Saver bulb which can last for 4 years.
I brought it back home happily and tried to plug it on. The bulb stuck. Apparently it's few cm longer and it couldn't fit to the holder. I tried to push it. And then it broke T_T
Why on earth was I so impatient and rush? Kind of regretted it T_T but well, nothing can be done now. Feel bad to my roomie as we had to clean up the glass and she will have to buy a new bulb tomorrow. Oh well. I'm blaming it to my adrenaline rush after my 10km run.
